Why I’m Different

When asked the question, “why am I different from most people?”, I have a few different ways to answer the question. First off I am a very active person, I hate just sitting around doing nothing when I could be out doing anything. I get bored very easily so I always try to keep myself busy and entertained somehow. I also like to see the best in people. Some people may see this as a weakness but to me it is one of the best things about me. It just means that I look to someone’s true potential rather than just judging them by appearance or their past doings. One of my best qualities is that I am very kind and compassionate to people, even sometimes when they least deserve it.

College has been a huge eye opener for me. I have realized that working for my own money and paying my own bills is a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. I love the independence that comes along with going away to school but I have also become very self disciplined. Since going to class is not mandatory I have noticed that a lot of people simply don’t show up because they don’t feel like it, however I make myself go. I set an alarm and get ready to go to class prepared. I have become very responsible and independent ever since I started college and that is a great feeling to have.

In the work force I do whatever job that I am assigned to the best of my ability. I love to do a good job and please people that I am working for. I strive to be the best that I can be and will not stop until I feel as if I have given the task my all. I have been at some great jobs and some not so great jobs, but no matter what I do what needs to get done to the best of my ability. I would say that people can depend on me for a variety of things.
